About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Product Management, Platform to join our team on a full-time basis. In this leadership position, you will oversee our platform and core services, which serve as the foundation for the entire GameChanger experience. You will manage a team of senior product managers and focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and the overall developer and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of product managers to execute product-led strategies while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration across all initiatives.
• Define the product vision and roadmap by utilizing market analysis and user research to prioritize the needs of our community.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven success in developing and executing technology product strategies at a high level.
• Strong storytelling abilities and exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in written, verbal, and numeric reporting.
• A demonstrated track record of recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing product teams.
• An analytical mindset paired with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with significant autonomy.

Location

This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the United States, excluding specific states due to tax compliance guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits
