What you'll be doing
- Define and drive the enterprise product vision and roadmap, working side-by-side with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver solutions that satisfy the integration, administration, analytics, and security requirements of our largest customers.
- Build and lead a high-performing product team while championing a product-led growth motion that improves enterprise adoption, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Identify new vertical opportunities, especially within the sales space, and partner closely with the sales organization to refine onboarding, customer success programs, and overall customer experience.
What you'll bring
- Ten or more years of product-management experience building collaborative SaaS and sales-enablement products, including a proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade solutions.
- Extensive experience working inside a product-led growth organization and using data-driven insights to guide decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, communicate effectively across functions, and thrive as an entrepreneurial self-starter in a high-growth setting.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and enterprise sales is preferred but not required.
What you'll get
We offer an annual base salary between $185,000 and $225,000. Your total compensation will also include a comprehensive rewards package designed to support your professional growth and well-being.
