At Trella Health, we are driven by a mission to empower meaningful change within the healthcare industry. Since our start in 2015, we have expanded our services, reached new markets, and grown our customer base significantly. We are currently looking for new team members, whom we call Trellavators, to join our collaborative and innovative environment. We believe in supporting one another, taking risks, and constantly raising the bar to help our customers succeed.
What is this role?
We are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead our purpose-built CRM platform. This is a full-time, executive-level position that operates on a remote basis. You will play a hands-on role in driving innovation and developing sophisticated data and workflow solutions for post-acute business development. While this role is remote, you will need to travel occasionally to meet with customers, attend conferences, and visit our headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
What will you do?
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our CRM solution that aligns with our broader business goals and market demands.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a dedicated team of product managers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and products.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management and a passion for healthcare technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, ideally within a healthcare workflow solutions company.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams, mentoring staff, and scaling product management practices.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience using tools like Jira or Aha! to manage workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent communication abilities and high emotional intelligence.
- A deep interest in post-acute care, value-based care, or transition care management, and a desire to engage directly with customers to understand their needs.
- Fluency in English.
What's in it for you?
We are committed to providing a supportive environment that fosters work-life balance and professional growth. As a member of our team, you will have access to the following benefits:
- Remote work flexibility with flexible hours.
- Equity compensation to share in our success.
- 401k retirement savings plan.
- Comprehensive dental insurance and vision insurance.
- Paid time off to ensure you have time to recharge.
