What you bring

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to oversee our Business Banking division on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for our business banking products while ensuring we deliver high-quality, impactful features to our users. Your work will directly influence how community financial institutions serve their customers across the United States.

• Own the product vision and roadmap for our Business Banking line, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to execute on mission-critical platform initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, design, and sales teams to drive successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and a passion for building user-centric financial tools. You should have over 7 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years focused specifically on digital banking, payments, or fintech. We value candidates who are proficient in UX design, data analytics, and user research, as these skills are essential for creating intuitive products. You must be an expert in stakeholder management, capable of building strong relationships across an organization and communicating complex strategies clearly in English. A successful candidate is someone who balances technical requirements with a user-first mindset to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What we offer

We provide a competitive annual base salary ranging from $185,000 to $225,000. Beyond your base pay, we are committed to your long-term success and growth within the company. Our benefits package includes the following:
