About the Role

We are searching for a Director of Product Innovation to join us in a full-time capacity. In this executive-level role, you will act as a catalyst for growth by transforming fresh ideas into testable prototypes and minimum viable products. You will report directly to the VP of Product, working to bridge the gap between high-level vision and technical execution. This is a unique opportunity to experiment with emerging technologies while building tools that enhance our security operations and streamline our product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on functional prototypes to validate new concepts and accelerate our innovation pipeline.
• Architect and implement seamless integrations with third-party platforms and services to expand our product capabilities.
• Lead the development of internal systems and tools that optimize workflows for our Security Operations team.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring a blend of strategic leadership and technical expertise. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as business or technology.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in product management, security operations, or integrations.
• A proven track record of success within the SaaS industry, ideally with a background in cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to influence and align cross-functional teams effectively.
