Role at a glance

We are seeking a Director of Product Engineering to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United Kingdom. This is a senior leadership position where you will report directly to our Chief Product/Technology Officer, Jim Rivera. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our engineering team as we scale significantly, helping us maintain our high-performance culture while delivering world-class creative tools.

What you'll need

You should be a seasoned leader with a track record of guiding engineering organizations through significant growth, ideally scaling teams from 20 to 80 members. We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguous, high-velocity environments and possesses a deep understanding of how to balance technical excellence with product impact. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate strong technical instincts, a passion for mentoring managers and senior contributors, and the ability to act like a founder. Experience with AI, machine learning, or creative software tools is highly valued.
