What you bring

We are seeking a Director of Product & Engineering to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide the strategy and execution of the digital products powering our pharmacy. You will need to be a data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong technical acumen. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Defining and executing a customer-first product vision and roadmap that aligns with our mission to simplify pet health.
• Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of product and engineering talent to foster a culture of collaboration and high-quality delivery.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to translate complex business goals into scalable, actionable initiatives that improve the customer experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action. You should have at least six years of experience in product management and software development, specifically within the healthcare or veterinary sectors, along with four years of proven leadership success. We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and can effectively communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a deep understanding of data analytics, experimentation, and architectural trade-offs. A passion for improving the lives of pets and their owners is essential for success in this role.
