We are looking for a visionary Director of Product, ELA to join our collaborative team and help us redefine how students and teachers interact with digital curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Master the ELA product landscape by conducting deep market research and gathering feedback to create meaningful product differentiation.
- Partner with our curriculum team to develop a strategic roadmap, defining the principles and resourcing needed to build a scalable, best-in-class ELA solution.
- Guide products through the complex state adoption cycle, focusing on how we position, package, and tailor our solutions for districts nationwide.
- Explore and implement innovative tools that help education leaders better understand and support their staff and students.
- Lead the transition of traditional, paper-based curricular experiences into a modern, high-impact digital environment.
Must-haves
- At least 10 years of professional experience in product management.
- A proven track record of managing the full end-to-end lifecycle of both digital and physical products.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong ability to balance stakeholder needs and market opportunities while maintaining a focus on innovation and speed.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and simplify complex concepts for cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
