Role at a glance

We are seeking a Director of Product Design to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior leadership role where you will shape the visual language and user experience of our generative AI platform. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with options to collaborate from our global hubs or work remotely within specific time zones.

Your impact

• Lead the overall design direction for our product, ensuring we maintain a cohesive, high-quality user experience that sets a new standard for enterprise software.
• Manage, mentor, and scale our design team by refining our internal processes, identifying tooling needs, and overseeing recruitment.
• Partner directly with our CPO and cross-functional leadership to define product strategy, influence the roadmap, and ensure design remains a core competitive advantage.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience leading high-performing product design teams within the SaaS or B2C space, with a proven track record of maintaining a high bar for craft.
• Demonstrated success in managing and coaching designers to help them reach their full potential.
• A strategic mindset that allows you to translate complex product goals into clear design values and actionable objectives.
• Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to articulate your vision and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to structure design workflows for a growing team.
