The role
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product for Data Products to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a critical leadership position for someone with over eight years of experience who is ready to shape the future of our attribution processes, household graph, and analytics suite. You will act as a thought leader, helping us navigate the complexities of the advertising industry while driving innovation across our entire data portfolio.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of our Data Products, including measurement, attribution, identity, and audience targeting capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to integrate state-of-the-art solutions that keep our platform at the forefront of the industry.
- Conduct deep market research and analyze industry trends to define precise product requirements that solve complex challenges for our customers.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of the advertising technology landscape. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, ideally with 8 or more years of senior-level experience.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to establish key performance indicators and use insights to optimize platform performance.
- Proven leadership in agile development environments, including experience with sprint planning and backlog management.
- A visionary approach to product strategy, combined with the technical knowledge required to lead development efforts in Connected TV advertising.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit that fosters effective communication across cross-functional teams.
Compensation and benefits
