The opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Product (Data Analytics & Insights) to drive the strategy and business impact of our data, analytics, and AI initiatives within the Circles.X platform. This is a high-impact executive role where you will build and mentor a team of senior data product managers. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business goals, ensuring our platform remains a world-class solution for global telco operators.

A day in the life

• You will lead the discovery, conceptualization, and roadmap development for our platform data solutions while ensuring they align with our long-term business objectives.
• You will partner closely with Engineering Leads to oversee the execution, operationalization, and ongoing support of data-intensive applications.
• You will collaborate across the organization to identify and implement advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities, while maintaining rigorous standards for data security and governance.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with over 15 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in data strategy, data product management, or data engineering, and 5 years in a managerial capacity. You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and an MBA is a plus. Your background includes:

• Deep expertise in data strategy, data modeling, and end-to-end delivery of AI/ML models.
• Proven experience with cloud architecture and delivering solutions that utilize both batch processing and real-time data streaming.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing vendors and navigating complex, fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones using Agile methodologies.
