About the Role:

As a Director of Product (Data Analytics & Insights), you will lead the strategy and business case development including benefits realization of data, analytics and AI capabilities of our Circles.X platform. A key aspect of your role is building and mentoring a high-performing team of senior data product managers who will effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, especially Engineering and Business teams to deliver a world-class B2B SaaS Telco platform. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for discovery, conceptualization, roadmap development and design of platform data capabilities and solutions.
• Partner with the Engineering Leads for the solutioning, development, support, execution and operationalization of our platform data solutions.
• Participate and contribute to data architecture and data governance decision making for elevating platform capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-organization to support the discovery and use case development for advanced analytics needs and AI/ML capabilities. 
• Ensure quality assurance, data security and governance ownership of processes, policies, standards and metrics to ensure the efficient and effective platform use in full compliance with all applicable regulations. 
• Operate in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments.

Job Requirements:

• 15 + years of overall experience, minimum of 8 years experience in a similar (or data strategy or data product management lead or data engineering lead role), with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. 
• Prior experience building B2B (preferred) platforms and/or delivering data-driven products for B2C, digital-first business will be valued
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas - 
• Data strategy and platform development, including data modeling, ETL capabilities, Business Insights & Analytics capabilities, Dashboard and Visualization capabilities
• Solid understanding and know-how of end-to-end delivery of AI/ML models, use case development and implementation 
• Implementing solutions involving batch processing and real-time data streaming
• Working level knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, etc.) and successfully delivering data-intensive applications
• Experienced in vendor / partner and contract management
• Solid project management and risk management skills 
• Proven track record in team mentorship and leadership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Flexibility to work across global time zones is required
