Director of Product - Client Experience at Ethic

Backed by prominent investors like Fidelity, UBS, and Oak HC/FT, we are looking for a visionary Director of Product to lead our Client Experience initiatives. What you'll be doing

• You will define and execute a dynamic product roadmap by partnering with our design, engineering, sustainability, and investment teams to build a seamless experience for our advisors and end-clients.
• You will translate our high-level business objectives into actionable product strategies, using both quantitative and qualitative data to solve complex problems and improve user retention.
• You will oversee the entire product lifecycle for our client-facing web applications and internal tools, ensuring that user feedback is consistently integrated to elevate the overall platform functionality.

What you'll bring

• You have 7 or more years of experience in product management, specifically with a track record of delivering successful B2B2C web-based technology products.
• You possess a deep understanding of User Experience principles and modern web architectures, ideally complemented by experience in the fintech sector or a startup environment.
• You are a natural communicator and relationship builder who can foster consensus across diverse teams, mentor junior product managers, and navigate ambiguity with strong analytical skills.
• You are fluent in English and share our commitment to sustainable investing and creating a positive impact on society.

What you'll get

The base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive equity in the form of stock options and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
