What is this role?
We are seeking a Director of Process Improvement to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level leadership position that requires a hybrid commitment, with 2 to 3 days spent onsite and up to 20% travel. You will be the driving force behind our enterprise-wide efforts to streamline workflows and build a culture rooted in continuous improvement and process maturity.
What will you do?
- Partner with our product and project management teams to weave process reviews and quality enhancements into every major enterprise initiative.
- Design and oversee a comprehensive business process management system, which includes creating standardized documentation templates and managing revision controls.
- Mentor and coach our internal improvement community, specifically by establishing a Green Belt program to develop skilled practitioners across all of our business units.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in leading business transformations. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or at least 7 years of equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading initiatives in process improvement, change management, or quality improvement.
- A Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent credential.
- Expertise in data analysis and process mapping tools, paired with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable metrics.
- Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that drive real business impact.
What's in it for you?
We value the expertise you bring to our team and offer a competitive compensation package along with a flexible work environment. The base salary for this position is $140,000 to $175,000 USD. Additionally, you will enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a balance between collaborative onsite time and remote work.
