We are looking for a visionary Director of PR and Influencers to spearhead our public relations and influencer marketing initiatives. As a key leader at Bubble, you will help grow our global footprint by cultivating authentic relationships with creators, media outlets, and strategic partners while shaping our external brand narrative.

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive influencer and partnership strategies that resonate with our core values.
Manage the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations across the US, AUS, UK, and CA markets.
Forge strategic alliances with brands and creators within the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.
Collaborate with our creative and social media teams to produce high-impact content that elevates our campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize our strategy and ensure a positive return on investment.
Develop and execute public relations plans to support major product launches and brand milestones.
Maintain a robust network of media contacts to secure consistent coverage in relevant lifestyle and beauty publications.
Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile PR events and influencer activations.
Mentor and lead a talented team of specialists to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Must-haves

A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
At least 9 years of professional experience in PR and influencer marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or skincare industry.
A demonstrated history of launching successful, multi-regional campaigns.
An established network of influencers and media contacts in the beauty and wellness space.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for crafting compelling brand stories.
Strong project management capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
A deep passion for the beauty industry and a sharp eye for emerging trends.
Proven experience in team leadership and talent development.

Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000 - $150,000.
