We are looking for a strategic leader to join our DevOps organization and help us continue our rapid growth.

What you'll be doing

• Lead cloud migration initiatives by architecting and executing transitions, specifically moving from AWS to GCP and shifting self-hosted components like MongoDB, Redis, and ElasticSearch to managed services.
• Manage and mentor our platform team, providing guidance on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and Kubernetes operations to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Drive cross-functional strategy by partnering with engineering and product teams to optimize infrastructure costs, define technical roadmaps, and maintain alignment on compliance and software engineering priorities.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and the ability to lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience with cloud architecture, specifically AWS and GCP.
• A proven track record of leading successful migration projects, particularly those involving transitions between major cloud providers and the adoption of managed services.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing DevOps or platform-focused teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to drive consensus and manage stakeholders effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to analyze complex infrastructure to propose and execute long-term technical strategies.
