Role at a glance
We are searching for an Executive level Director of Performance and App Marketing to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, where you will lead our efforts to grow our mobile and web presence in a highly competitive market.
Your impact
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing managers and analysts to achieve our ambitious revenue and consumer growth targets across both app and web platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy to drive app downloads and increase user activation on mobile devices.
- Collaborate closely with our app product team to ensure a unified strategy that bridges marketing and product development.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in growth, performance marketing, and paid media. We require the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with up to 10 years of related professional experience and 5 to 7 years of management experience.
- Proven quantitative skills with a deep understanding of business and performance analytics.
- A high level of intellectual curiosity and the ability to solve complex problems by leveraging data.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing shifting priorities and strict deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
