What is this role?
We are seeking an experienced Director of People Operations to join us on a full-time basis at our location in Germany. This is an executive-level position where you will report directly to our VP of People. You will be a key member of our existing talent team of twelve people, and you will take the lead in managing and mentoring a dedicated team of three People Operations Specialists.
What will you do?
- Guide and support our People Operations team in their daily tasks while providing your expert knowledge in payroll and operational HR.
- Take full ownership of our internal processes and tools, such as HiBob and our Jira-based HR ticketing system, to ensure they are consistently optimized.
- Drive company-wide HR initiatives and compensation cycles while maintaining close relationships with internal stakeholders and works councils to ensure full regulatory compliance.

- A Master’s degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in People Operations, including significant work with works councils.
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
- Full professional fluency in both English and German.
