Director of Medical Community Partnerships at Optima Dermatology

We are looking for a dedicated Director of Medical Community Partnerships to join our team and help us grow our patient base through meaningful connections. At Optima, we specialize in dermatology services, and we pride ourselves on providing a top-tier experience for both our patients and our referring providers. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with our VP of Marketing and regional leaders to ensure our services remain the first choice for healthcare networks in the Indianapolis and Cincinnati areas. While this role is remote, you will spend a significant amount of time in the field building relationships, so you must reside in the greater Indianapolis area.

What you'll be doing

• You will manage B2B outreach by identifying new referral opportunities and connecting with key decision-makers across various healthcare networks.
• You will cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with referring providers, practice managers, and front desk staff to ensure our referral workflows are efficient and effective.
• You will analyze referral data and document your field interactions in our CRM platform to track trends, resolve issues, and refine our outreach strategies.

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms to track activities and maintain accurate records.
• The ability to travel locally to conduct in-person visits with providers and represent our brand at community events.
• Fluency in English to effectively engage with our partners and internal teams.
