Key outcomes
- Lead and expand our measurement capabilities to optimize media performance for our clients.
- Provide creative solutions to address client measurement inquiries by leveraging our internal toolset.
- Oversee measurement and testing initiatives through every stage, from initial design and implementation to final analysis and insight delivery.
- Educate our account teams on analytics concepts to improve the quality of client engagement.
- Collaborate with our product and data science departments to influence the consumer experience.
- Develop and refine effective measurement strategies for our advertisers and publishers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape the overall client experience and our service offerings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in digital media, specifically working with analytics platforms like Adobe or Google Analytics.
- Deep knowledge of various measurement methodologies, including MMM, MTA, and incremental lift testing.
- A proactive, bias-to-action mindset with a strong drive to solve problems and complete projects.
- Proven ability to distill complex measurement concepts into clear, understandable language for clients.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to diagnose data tracking issues and uncover actionable insights.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City metropolitan area.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a client-facing role at a media agency, CRM agency, or measurement consultancy.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with SQL and Tableau.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor junior team members.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000.
