Role at a glance
We are searching for a Director of Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level leadership position where you will own our marketing function from top to bottom. Whether you are based anywhere in the world, you will have the opportunity to shape our strategy and drive meaningful business growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of our marketing strategy and planning, ensuring every initiative aligns with our broader business goals and drives measurable growth.
- Lead, mentor, and support a talented team of marketing professionals across various functions, including product marketing, content creation, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and broker relations teams to develop innovative demand generation programs that maximize our reach while maintaining efficient resource allocation.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of experience in a mid-market or enterprise B2B setting, ideally within the insurance or financial services sectors.
- Proven expertise in managing broker and agent channel marketing, with a strong track record of delivering results through creative, cost-effective strategies.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a full marketing function, including hands-on management of strategy, budgets, and performance tracking.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team of individual contributors.
- A deep understanding of demand generation and acquisition, particularly through organic and partner-focused channels.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, humble approach to cross-functional leadership.
