Director of Marketing at Workleap

We are looking for a visionary leader to join us as our Director of Marketing and help us continue our mission of transforming the HR tech landscape.

What you'll be doing

• You will design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates our brand awareness, fuels demand generation, and deepens our community engagement.
• You will collaborate closely with leaders across product, growth, and executive teams to ensure our go-to-market initiatives are integrated, consistent, and aligned with our broader company objectives.
• You will utilize your project management expertise to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that all marketing efforts are data-driven, measurable, and focused on achieving our growth targets.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Leadership Experience: You have 8 to 12 years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally with a background as a generalist who understands the nuances of growth and product marketing.
• Strategic Mindset: You have a proven track record of scaling brands, specifically helping companies grow from the $10 million to $20 million range up to $50 million or $60 million.
• Industry Expertise: You are comfortable working within the HR tech space and have a deep understanding of how to build community and drive demand in this sector.
• Communication: You are fluent in English and possess the ability to foster strong connections with HR professionals and internal stakeholders alike.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are a resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can take ownership of complex initiatives.
