Pantheon is the WebOps platform powering the open web, supporting over 300,000 sites for major organizations like Google, Princeton, and Doctors Without Borders. We provide a container-based, multitenant environment that allows developers and marketers to build, scale, and manage WordPress and Drupal sites from a single dashboard. We are currently looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role designed for an ambitious professional who wants to drive our SLED funnel growth while partnering closely with our sales organization.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the SLED vertical that aligns with our global objectives and drives brand awareness.
Take full ownership of the marketing funnel by resourcing and executing multi-channel campaigns, including digital initiatives, webinars, events, and account-based marketing.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize our return on investment and collaborate with sales and SDR teams to ensure we are generating high-quality leads.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in technology marketing, specifically within the SLED sector or a related sub-vertical.
Deep understanding of the SLED market landscape, including the nuances of marketing to both IT and communications personas.
Proven ability to manage marketing automation tools and a data-driven approach to campaign execution.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships across all levels of the organization.
A strategic mindset combined with a resourceful, hands-on approach to building and scaling marketing programs.

What we offer

We provide an annual base salary range of 185,000 USD to 215,000 USD. In addition to competitive compensation, we support our team with the following benefits:
