We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team and play a pivotal role in our next phase of hypergrowth. What you'll be doing
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns our initiatives with business goals across multiple revenue streams.
- You will own the demand generation plan and channel strategies, focusing on driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and accelerating our pipeline growth.
- You will build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability while working closely with our sales, product, and customer experience leaders.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 8 to 10 years of marketing experience, ideally within the SaaS sector, with a proven track record of leading complex organizations at high-growth companies.
- Deep expertise in creating and managing demand generation strategies that deliver measurable results for both SMB and enterprise customers.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage performance metrics and market insights to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills that allow you to build trust and confidence with executive teams and stakeholders.
- A builder mentality and the ability to navigate complex challenges with ease.
- Fluency in English.
You will stand out even further if you have at least 5 years of leadership experience at a top SaaS company in the retail or eCommerce space, or if you have significant experience implementing marketing strategies aligned with a Product Led Growth model.
