The opportunity

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to take the helm of our brand and demand generation efforts. This is a vital role where you will shape the way we present ourselves to the world, ensuring our marketing strategy is perfectly aligned with our business goals. You will lead a talented, distributed team across the US and Latin America, overseeing everything from our digital presence to our partner marketing initiatives. A day in the life

You will design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term business growth.
You will mentor and manage a high-performing team, guiding their work in digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and design.
You will partner closely with our sales leadership to ensure our marketing campaigns are generating high-quality leads and supporting our broader business development objectives.

Who you are

You are a seasoned executive with over 10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. You have a deep understanding of the B2B landscape, specifically within the IT services, technology, or SaaS sectors. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and communicating fluently in English. Your toolkit includes a strong grasp of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems like Salesforce, and modern AI tools. Most importantly, you possess a data-driven mindset and the leadership skills necessary to inspire a team and manage complex projects with ease.
