A day in the life

• You will design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term business growth.
• You will mentor and manage a high-performing team, guiding their work in digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and design.
• You will partner closely with our sales leadership to ensure our marketing campaigns are generating high-quality leads and supporting our broader business development objectives.

Who you are

You are a seasoned executive with over 10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. You have a deep understanding of the B2B landscape, specifically within the IT services, technology, or SaaS sectors. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and communicating fluently in English. Your toolkit includes a strong grasp of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems like Salesforce, and modern AI tools. Most importantly, you possess a data-driven mindset and the leadership skills necessary to inspire a team and manage complex projects with ease.
