Director of Marketing at Valora Inc

Valora Inc is on a mission to democratize financial opportunity, ensuring that everyone has the tools and education necessary to build wealth and share value without barriers. We are looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing to join our remote team and lead our efforts in bringing the next billion people into the world of web3 through our mobile platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that accelerates both B2C customer acquisition and B2B ecosystem growth.
• Oversee all strategic positioning, brand identity, and growth initiatives across the entire marketing funnel.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of three full-time employees and various freelance partners.
• Coordinate across all marketing channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, events, and in-app messaging.
• Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to translate market insights into impactful growth strategies.
• Develop educational content that informs and inspires our users to fully engage with the Valora ecosystem.
• Establish and monitor marketing budgets and key performance indicators to ensure we meet our company objectives.

Must-haves

• At least 8 years of professional experience in marketing and leadership roles.
• Proven background in marketing consumer mobile applications, specifically within the fintech or crypto sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in partnership or ecosystem marketing for web3 projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of effective collaboration in a remote environment.
• Experience managing teams and a genuine passion for mentoring and professional development.
• Deep familiarity with current marketing tools and technologies, such as Contentful, CleverTap, Google Analytics, and Sprout.
• Fluency in English and a strong desire to stay current with crypto trends and industry developments.

Benefits

The base salary for this position is between $185,000 and $205,000, which does not include our equity package.
