The opportunity
As our Director of Marketing Strategy and Operations, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience. This is a pivotal role where you will translate our broader business goals into scalable, high-impact marketing strategies. You will lead four essential pillars of our organization, including Performance Marketing, Lifecycle & Email, Product Management, and Marketing Operations. Your mission is to foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that our marketing technology and programs work in perfect harmony to drive revenue and expand our market share.
A day in the life
- You will own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy, managing budgets across paid search, SEO, and social channels while constantly optimizing for maximum return on investment.
- You will lead our marketing technology roadmap, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure our tools, from CDPs to analytics platforms, are fully integrated and delivering measurable value.
- You will mentor a talented team of four leaders, setting clear priorities and fostering a high-performance environment that values accountability, creativity, and strategic problem-solving.
Who you are
You are an executive-level professional with over 10 years of experience in marketing, growth, or strategy. You possess a unique blend of skills that allow you to act as a strategist, an operator, and an analyst all at once. You are fluent in English and comfortable navigating modern marketing stacks, including tools like SQL, BigQuery, and various automation platforms. You have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and building programs that scale. Most importantly, you are a persistent and innovative thinker who is comfortable zooming in to handle tactical execution and zooming out to shape our long-term vision.
