The role
We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing & Growth to join our team in a full-time, executive capacity. This is a hybrid role based in Australia. You will be responsible for spearheading our marketing initiatives and accelerating product growth across Australia, New Zealand, and the Americas. Your primary focus will be to craft and execute strategies that elevate our brand presence, capture our target audience, and support the expansion of our overall product portfolio.
Core responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align directly with our overarching business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our marketing team to ensure collective success and professional growth.
- Manage marketing budgets and define key performance indicators to ensure efficient resource allocation and measurable results.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- More than 10 years of professional experience in SaaS marketing with a history of proven success.
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing and a deep, end-to-end understanding of the customer journey.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use data to inform strategy and design experiments for continuous improvement.
- A strategic mindset with experience in leadership, team building, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with methodologies like Winning by Design to optimize the alignment between sales and marketing.
