What is this role?
We are searching for a seasoned Director of Marketing and Branding to join our executive team on a full-time, on-site basis at our headquarters in Nutley, New Jersey. This is a senior-level position for a strategic thinker who has a proven history of building strong brand equity. You will be responsible for leading our global marketing strategy, including initiatives that span into European markets, while ensuring our brand voice remains consistent and impactful across all platforms.
What will you do?
- Direct the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, covering both digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness.
- Build and maintain vital relationships with internal teams, external partners, and media contacts to ensure our marketing efforts align perfectly with our broader sales and business goals.
- Establish and enforce clear brand guidelines that reflect our core values, while overseeing the development of dynamic content and using data-driven insights to refine our storytelling.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should bring at least 10 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the textiles or materials sector. We value candidates who are fluent in English and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment and have a strong grasp of both quantitative and qualitative consumer research. Proficiency in project management, digital marketing, and social media strategy is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with research and development teams. Please note that this role requires you to work on-site and may involve periodic travel based on business needs.
