What you'll be doing

• You will define our machine learning strategy by aligning technical goals with our broader business objectives, managing resources, and identifying new opportunities to innovate.
• You will lead the design and refinement of advanced models and algorithms, working closely with cross-functional partners to integrate these solutions directly into our products.
• You will mentor our senior machine learning professionals, fostering a culture of continuous growth and technical excellence while keeping our research and development at the cutting edge of the industry.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and machine learning. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of professional experience in machine learning or software engineering, including 5 years specifically focused on model development and deployment.
• Deep expertise in computer vision and at least 1 year of experience working with generative AI.
• Proven leadership skills, with 5 years of experience mentoring teams and driving consensus across diverse groups.
• Technical proficiency in Python, along with experience using frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• A strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get
