We are currently looking for a strategic and energetic Director of Lifecycle Marketing to help us deepen our connection with our clients. Reporting to our Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our members experience our brand from their very first class to their long-term fitness journey. About the Role
This is a full-time position for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of our comprehensive client journey initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing our CRM and CDP management while collaborating with our product, creative, and studio teams to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation efforts. We are looking for someone who can balance high-level strategy with the hands-on work required to maximize the lifetime value of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the full client journey, focusing on seamless onboarding, sustained engagement, and proactive win-back strategies to reduce churn.
- Manage and optimize our CRM and CDP platforms to ensure our communications are personalized, effective, and aligned with our brand identity.
- Utilize data analysis and A/B testing to measure the success of our campaigns, turning complex metrics into actionable insights that improve our overall performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or retention strategies, ideally within the wellness, fitness, or subscription-based sectors.
- Deep technical expertise with CRM tools like Braze or Klaviyo, along with experience working with customer data platforms.
- A proven track record of developing strategies that successfully increase client engagement and lifetime value.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cross-functional projects.
Location
This position is based in the United States and operates in a hybrid work mode.
