We are looking for a strategic leader to join our remote team as our Director of IT.
What you'll be doing
- You will recruit, mentor, and guide a talented team of IT engineers, automation specialists, and developers to maintain a high-performing department.
- You will take ownership of our IT roadmap, ensuring that our infrastructure and technology stack scale effectively alongside our business growth.
- You will manage our vendor relationships and annual IT budget, balancing the need for robust tools with a focus on operational efficiency and return on investment.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep technical background and a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT, specifically within MacOS management, SaaS and identity platform administration, and systems engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership, with a focus on building and scaling technical departments.
- Strong expertise in automation, internal tooling, and identity architecture design.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across departments like Security, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Experience in a remote-first, product-led SaaS environment and familiarity with security frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001 are considered significant assets.
