We are currently seeking a Director of IT, Infrastructure Operations to lead our technical strategy and manage our global operations.

Key outcomes

• Research and implement advanced technology strategies to boost application reliability, employee productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of IT professionals, including Network Operations, System Engineering, SRE, and Database Administration groups.
• Develop and execute a modern roadmap for our cloud native, in-house, and SaaS-based solutions.
• Take full ownership of our IT infrastructure, including cloud services, SD-WAN, virtual compute, storage, backups, disaster recovery, and local area networks.
• Define and implement a comprehensive SRE strategy to transition the organization toward a mixed SRE-operations model, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Manage Change Management and Root Cause Analysis processes to drive continuous improvement in system stability.
• Oversee corporate telecommunications and unified communications platforms.
• Establish and report on infrastructure and operational SLAs while proactively identifying and mitigating potential system risks.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT, including 3 to 5 years in a senior management position.
• Minimum of 5 years managing global 24/7 hybrid cloud environments, including cloud migration and the modernization of legacy systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in SRE or similar roles with a focus on observability, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Expert knowledge of data center operations, virtualization, IaC, and engineering technologies.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD, GitOps frameworks, and DevSecOps automation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $225,000 per year. Final compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic market data. Our benefits package includes:
