Key outcomes
- Develop a consumer-centric global brand marketing calendar that highlights key brand stories, cultural moments, and product launches in collaboration with our internal functional groups.
- Utilize market intelligence, social listening, and consumer segmentation to inform product positioning, messaging, and activation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product launch process, ensuring a cohesive consumer journey from inception to post-mortem.
- Manage the sell-in process for wholesale partners, including sales training and marketing collateral, while overseeing sell-through activities like social media, PR, and influencer campaigns.
- Collaborate across departments, including Product, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning statements that maintain consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on launch performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators regarding market penetration and revenue growth.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 6 to 8 years of professional experience in go-to-market or product marketing roles, ideally within the consumer electronics, fashion, or beauty industries.
- A proven track record of building brand awareness and successfully executing 360-degree product marketing campaigns.
- A balanced approach that combines data-driven analytical rigor with creative inspiration.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities, specifically the capacity to lead and influence across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
