Since 2014, PopSockets has been on a mission to create an eternal positivity machine. Founded by former philosophy professor David Barnett, we have grown into a global digital-lifestyle brand that has sold over 245 million phone grips across 75 countries. Beyond our iconic grips, we offer a wide ecosystem of products like cases, wallets, and chargers. We are deeply committed to making a positive impact, evidenced by our Climate Neutral certification, our Poptivism platform that has donated over $4 million to non-profits, and our focus on sustainable packaging and fair labor practices. In 2021, Fast Company recognized us as one of the World's Most Innovative Companies, and we are looking for passionate people to help us continue this journey.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. This is a senior-level position for someone who excels at blending creative strategy with data-driven decision-making. You will be the driving force behind our brand, connecting with consumers and managing the lifecycle of our product campaigns on a global scale.
What will you do?
- Lead the development of our global brand marketing calendar by collaborating with cross-functional teams to highlight key brand stories, cultural moments, and new product releases.
- Conduct deep market research and social listening to identify consumer trends and competitive landscapes, using these insights to shape our product positioning and messaging.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaign launches, ensuring a cohesive consumer journey from initial sell-in with wholesale partners to final sell-through across social media, PR, and digital channels.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a strategic thinker who is just as comfortable analyzing performance metrics as you are crafting creative campaigns. We value candidates who possess the following qualities:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or consumer electronics sectors.
- A proven ability to lead through influence, manage complex projects, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders across various departments.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of building brand awareness and successfully launching 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in English and the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
What's in it for you?
We believe in fostering a flexible work environment that supports your professional and personal life. As part of our team, you will enjoy the following benefit:
- Hybrid work arrangements to provide balance and flexibility.
