What you bring
We are looking for a Director of Infrastructure Engineering to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This leadership role is essential for driving the reliability and scalability of our global infrastructure. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in Cloud Platforms, Containerization, and DevOps to guide our technical strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring our infrastructure team while defining clear growth plans and OKRs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build roadmaps that align our engineering initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Ensuring the operational excellence and security of our data centers and cloud environments.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure administration and software delivery, including at least 5 years focused on DevOps or continuous delivery architectures. You should possess strong Project Management skills and a deep understanding of Security Best Practices. We value candidates who are proactive, self-motivated, and capable of communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable managing multi-disciplinary teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.
What we offer
