Director of Information Technology at RAB Lighting

We are currently looking for a Director of Information Technology who can help us support our national and global operations through hands-on leadership. You will play a vital role in maintaining our 100% cloud-based infrastructure, which serves six distribution centers across the United States and several international locations, while supporting our hybrid workforce.

• You will create and execute IT strategies that directly support our broader business goals and organizational objectives.
• You will mentor and develop our team of IT professionals, ensuring they have the guidance and support needed to succeed.
• You will oversee our networks, infrastructure, and systems to ensure they remain secure, reliable, and perform at their best.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technology and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management, ideally within a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Deep proficiency in managing IT systems, security protocols, network infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing effectively.
• Fluency in English.

Please note that this position requires you to visit our New York City or Cranbury, New Jersey locations at least once per month.
