Director of Information Technology at PAC NYC

We serve as a home for both emerging and established artists across theater, dance, music, and opera, and we are looking for a visionary leader to help us connect our community through the power of technology.

What you bring

As our Director of Information Technology, you will serve as the strategic lead for all our technical systems, ensuring our operations are efficient, secure, and innovative. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. You will be responsible for the following:

• Leading the strategic and operational planning for all enterprise IT systems to support our business goals.
• Managing our core technology stack, including CRM and ticketing systems, network operations, and digital products.
• Directing our IT team to provide world-class support and ensure the continuous, reliable performance of our customer-facing platforms.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. You should possess a deep understanding of IT management, project planning, and cybersecurity, along with technical proficiency in network operations and payment processing systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate complex technical ideas into business-friendly language. You should have a proven track record in risk management, disaster recovery, and team leadership. A passion for the performing arts and a commitment to our mission of fostering connections through culture are essential for success in this role.

What we offer
