We are looking for an experienced technical leader to join our team as the Director of Information Technology. At Minted, we empower a global community of independent artists by providing a marketplace where their work can reach over 75 million homes. What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap to enhance our IT infrastructure, security protocols, and internal processes.
- Lead, mentor, and provide strategic vision to our network, systems, security, and help desk teams to ensure they meet their goals.
- Manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and cross-functional adoption.
What you'll bring
You are a patient, detail-oriented leader with a knack for building consensus across all levels of an organization. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- 8+ years of experience driving cross-functional IT projects for late-stage technology startups.
- 5+ years of experience leading IT organizations with diverse skill sets across infrastructure and technical support.
- Deep domain expertise in IT systems, networking, security, and compliance.
- Proficiency with SaaS platforms, SSO, MFA, and cloud API middleware tools.
- Strong experience with project management tools like Asana, Smartsheets, or Monday.com.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll get
For candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, the salary range for this position is $184,178 to $276,268. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus and stock options. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
