The opportunity
We are looking for a results-oriented Director of Growth to lead our member acquisition efforts. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our business by overseeing our paid performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth strategies. You will be responsible for the entire growth funnel, ensuring that every stage from initial awareness to final conversion is optimized for success. In this role, you will lead a talented team of marketing, product, and design professionals while managing key agency partners to execute campaigns that drive measurable impact.
A day in the life
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive DTC growth strategy, managing paid and owned channels to build a dynamic, efficient, and constantly improving growth engine.
- You will collaborate with our Product teams to identify and implement growth opportunities, such as referral programs, onboarding flows, and upsell initiatives that enhance the user experience.
- You will lead and mentor a team of performance marketing managers, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and consistent campaign optimization.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience in growth marketing, specifically within the DTC and subscription-based sectors. You possess a deep understanding of performance marketing platforms, lifecycle marketing tools, and CRM strategies. You are highly analytical, comfortable interpreting complex data sets to inform your strategy, and you have a proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams. You communicate effectively across departments, including Finance and Engineering, and you are fluent in English. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and fitness is a significant plus.
