We serve over 60,000 real estate professionals, including many of the nation’s top-performing agents, helping them grow their businesses and deliver exceptional service. As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our team in a hybrid capacity. What you'll be doing

You will lead and optimize our performance marketing funnels across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while coaching your team to execute at the highest level.
You will own our lifecycle and email marketing strategies to boost product adoption and drive revenue growth.
You will manage marketing operations and collaborate with web developers to test and enhance landing pages, ensuring we maintain a strong focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in growth marketing and a passion for building scalable systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment, including 2 to 3 years in a management capacity.
Deep, hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including paid media managers, developers, and marketing operations specialists.
A data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of growth loops, marketing attribution, and funnel optimization.
Fluency in English.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range of 170,000 USD to 190,000 USD, plus a 25% performance bonus. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following benefits:
