As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our team in a hybrid capacity. What you'll be doing
- You will lead and optimize our performance marketing funnels across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while coaching your team to execute at the highest level.
- You will own our lifecycle and email marketing strategies to boost product adoption and drive revenue growth.
- You will manage marketing operations and collaborate with web developers to test and enhance landing pages, ensuring we maintain a strong focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in growth marketing and a passion for building scalable systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment, including 2 to 3 years in a management capacity.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including paid media managers, developers, and marketing operations specialists.
- A data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of growth loops, marketing attribution, and funnel optimization.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range of 170,000 USD to 190,000 USD, plus a 25% performance bonus. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following benefits:
