The opportunity
As our company continues to evolve, we are looking for a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing to lead our online presence and bring the Jane brand to new audiences. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will build and manage a top-tier web team to drive our digital strategy. We need a leader who is deeply data-driven and comfortable navigating the complexities of a high-velocity business. You will be responsible for scaling our marketing programs, managing significant budgets, and identifying the talent needed to push our mission forward. A day in the life
- You will lead growth initiatives using a scientific approach, ensuring all marketing decisions are backed by data to optimize conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
- You will oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, working hands-on with paid media while leading your team to maximize return on investment.
- You will own our website strategy and execution, collaborating closely with design and development teams to refine user experiences and conversion funnels.
Who you are
You are an experienced executive with over 10 years in growth or digital marketing. You possess a deep understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and conversion rate optimization. You are highly analytical, capable of translating complex data into actionable strategies, and you have a proven track record of scaling high-velocity businesses in SMB or consumer markets. You are a strong collaborator who knows how to mentor and build high-performing teams, and you are comfortable working in environments that require resourcefulness and agility. You are fluent in English and ready to contribute to a team that values diverse perspectives and inclusive growth.
