About the Role
We are searching for a highly analytical and creative Director of Growth Marketing to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will act as both a scientist and a storyteller, tasked with scaling our growth function by optimizing the full marketing funnel. You will lead our efforts in customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, using data-driven insights to understand the psychology behind our clients' decisions and drive meaningful revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance and growth marketing strategies that prioritize customer acquisition, reengagement, and long-term loyalty.
- Take ownership of our digital marketing strategy by managing performance budgets across organic and paid channels to maximize traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Lead our end-to-end CRM strategy and loyalty program, utilizing data and client insights to personalize the customer journey across email, SMS, and in-app experiences.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, specifically within a growth or performance role for a consumer or lifestyle brand.
- 3-5 years of direct management experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
- A deep, quant-savvy understanding of the full marketing funnel, including expertise in CRM, SEO, data analysis, and lead generation.
- A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand identity.
Location
This position is based in vibrant Arlington, VA, and follows a hybrid work model.
