We are currently expanding our operations into new states and integrating tech-based innovations to better serve our community. We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our team and help us drive meaningful impact through innovative marketing strategies.
Key outcomes
- Take ownership of the acquisition program across all multistate operations, managing execution and efficiency across both linear and digital channels.
- Lead performance marketing efforts on platforms like Meta and Google to consistently drive new customer acquisition.
- Partner with our CEO and external agencies to develop annual acquisition budgets that meet revenue targets while maintaining strict cost-per-acquisition efficiency.
- Analyze cross-channel performance daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure we are hitting our key performance indicators.
- Utilize consumer insights to inform our broader marketing strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Foster thought leadership by providing media expertise to cross-functional teams and identifying new tactics to achieve incremental sales.
- Collaborate with our analytics team to measure campaign effectiveness and refine our approach through continuous testing and iteration.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8 to 12 or more years of relevant industry experience, including a strong background in marketing or advertising leadership.
- Proven success in developing cross-channel campaigns that have significantly increased revenue for a performance-focused advertiser.
- Hands-on technical experience with Google Ads, Meta, Paid Search, Display, YouTube, and PMAX or Advantage+ campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer behavior and manage complex campaign budgets.
- Experience in successfully managing and coordinating with external vendor relationships.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note that our total compensation package also includes a bonus structure that is separate from the base pay. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes remote work flexibility and various wellness programs.
