What you bring
As our Director of Growth Marketing, you will spearhead our direct-to-consumer strategy to reach renters outside of our existing property management network. This full-time, hybrid role is based in our New York headquarters and requires a leader who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution. You will report to our Out-of-Network Business Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and acquisition efforts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across paid search, social media, and SEO to drive user acquisition.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient lead generation and maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams to build and scale our B2C2B referral programs.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity. You should have a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer businesses. Success in this role requires a highly analytical mindset, proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Tableau, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You must be comfortable wearing many hats, moving quickly to test new channels, and communicating complex data insights to senior stakeholders. Fluency in English is required for this position.
What we offer
