The role

We are seeking a Director of Growth Engineering to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Arab Emirates. This is a senior leadership position designed for an experienced professional who can own and steer our SEO Engineering, MarTech, Acquisition, and Social Engineering teams. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to scale user acquisition through innovative AI-driven strategies and performance marketing technologies. Core responsibilities

• Lead our SEO Engineering efforts by implementing AI-driven search optimization, technical crawling strategies, and programmatic initiatives to scale our organic traffic and search rankings.
• Own our marketing technology infrastructure, building automated platforms for customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and real-time analytics to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
• Direct our acquisition and social engineering teams to build high-impact, AI-powered recommendation engines and predictive models that improve how users discover and interact with property listings.

Skills and experience

We are looking for a candidate who brings a wealth of technical expertise and a proven track record in engineering leadership. You should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in engineering leadership with a specific focus on growth engineering, SEO, MarTech, and acquisition technologies.
• Deep technical proficiency in SEO, including structured data, Core Web Vitals, and AI-powered search landscapes.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing technologies, paid acquisition channels, and marketing automation workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, BigQuery, Python, and analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• A demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
