Role at a glance
We are looking for a strategic Director of Go-to-Market to join us in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This role is based in the United States and operates under a hybrid work model, offering you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life effectively. You will be the driving force behind our marketing strategies, ensuring our products reach the right customers with the right message.
Your impact
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies for our insurance products, including target audience definition and channel planning.
- Design and implement Customer Lifecycle Management programs that boost acquisition, engagement, and retention across our digital platforms.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team while collaborating across Marketing, Insurance Product, and Digital Product departments to ensure seamless execution.
What you'll need
- Over 15 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or a related field, with a preference for backgrounds in fintech or insurance.
- A proven history of launching successful campaigns for DTC or consumer-focused brands.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
- Exceptional project management skills and a data-driven mindset to track and optimize performance metrics.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
