About the Role
We are searching for a Director of Fraud Solutions Sales to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity to help us build a brand new division from the start. As a senior-level, quota-carrying hunter, you will report directly to our VP of Sales and focus on developing new business within financial institutions and other fraud-sensitive sectors. You will own your territory from end to end, helping us define our go-to-market strategy while managing the entire sales cycle, from initial pipeline building to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Help define the sales playbook and operational processes for our newly formed Fraud Solutions division to secure early wins.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and pipeline objectives by utilizing solution-selling and ROI-driven methodologies.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, overseeing proof-of-concept engagements, and handling contract negotiations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience selling fraud products, specifically targeting banks, alternative lenders, or other financial institutions.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a solution-selling, enterprise B2B environment.
- The ability to build meaningful relationships with Risk, Fraud, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Strong skills in translating complex technical fraud and risk capabilities into clear business value for executive buyers.
- Disciplined habits regarding CRM maintenance and accurate sales forecasting.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is $145,000 to $155,000, with an on-target earnings potential of $275,000 to $300,000. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members, which includes:
