We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Field Marketing. In this new role, you will report to the Head of Demand Generation and oversee the development and execution of high-impact field marketing and account-based marketing programs designed to accelerate our revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Design and execute field marketing strategies that target specific regions and verticals to drive measurable revenue growth.
Partner with our sales and channel teams to launch joint go-to-market initiatives that build pipeline and speed up deal cycles.
Manage our event presence, including industry conferences and roundtables, to ensure they align with our core business objectives.
Collaborate with our digital team to build an omni-channel account-based marketing strategy that engages key enterprise accounts.
Analyze performance data to refine our marketing tactics and optimize our return on investment.
Lead, mentor, and scale a global team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Define and track key performance indicators to report on the revenue impact of our field and account-based marketing efforts.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within field marketing, account-based marketing, or enterprise marketing.
Deep understanding of B2B mid-market and enterprise sales cycles and buyer behavior.
Proven track record of scaling go-to-market strategies that directly influence revenue.
Extensive background in managing large-scale events and field campaigns.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Fluency in English.
