The opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Enterprise & Platform Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of our enterprise, security, and administration product lines. You will work directly with our Chief Product Officer to shape the future of our platform, ensuring that our roadmap drives significant business impact. This role is perfect for a product leader who excels at balancing high-level strategy with the practical realities of execution. You will act as a bridge between our engineering, design, and marketing teams, ensuring that we deliver solutions that solve complex customer problems while maintaining the high standards our users expect.

A day in the life

• You will define and own the product roadmap for our enterprise and platform offerings, setting clear goals and KPIs that align with our company-wide mission.
• You will collaborate with engineering and design leadership to implement processes that allow our teams to deliver high-quality features at a rapid pace.
• You will mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and helping them grow in their careers while building business cases for new market opportunities.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience in product management, specifically within the SaaS space. You have a proven track record of managing and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders for at least 5 years. You are fluent in English, possess strong technical acumen, and are comfortable navigating complex, cross-functional projects. You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a deep sense of ownership, and have the ability to influence executive stakeholders through data-driven insights and clear, compelling communication.

For this hybrid role based in the United States, we offer a competitive annual salary range of $245,000 to $279,000. In addition to your compensation, you will receive equity as part of our total rewards package.
