We are looking for a strategic leader to join our team as a Director of Enterprise Partnerships. Our company is at the forefront of the business intelligence sector, providing SaaS solutions that empower organizations to make data-driven decisions. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in our next phase of expansion by building and managing alliances with major ecosystem players. You will serve as a key architect of our growth strategy, working closely with our internal sales, marketing, and product teams to turn these relationships into tangible business outcomes.
Key outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including Microsoft, ServiceNow, Cognizant, and ScienceLogic.
- Manage a partner-influenced pipeline of at least $1.5M every quarter.
- Lead regular business reviews and pipeline meetings to ensure alignment and track progress.
- Enable partner sales teams to successfully position our solutions during co-selling opportunities.
- Facilitate customer introductions through partners and monitor the success of these deals.
- Recruit and activate 5 to 8 new executive advisors each month within sectors like banking, telecom, retail, and government.
- Create and execute 3 to 5 joint marketing initiatives per quarter, such as webinars and sponsorships, to drive measurable impact.
- Conduct proactive outreach to stakeholders within partner organizations to foster new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Director-level role within the SaaS or business intelligence industry.
- Deep expertise in partner management, ecosystem development, and pipeline management.
- Strong background in marketing and sales alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive entrepreneurial growth.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in the United States.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is 140,000 USD to 170,000 USD. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
